We have an amazing technology platform, a broad range of clients that are keeping us super busy, lots of experience, a strong network of InsurTech and Insurance experts and a clear vision for the future of the insurance industry, and how we can help it get there! Additionally, we are currently expanding our Partner Programme to support business growth in CEE (Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, and Germany).

The Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development freelancer to support KASKO’s outsourced business development process. The role involves identifying and validating potential business leads, managing outreach campaigns, and ensuring seamless data organisation and reporting.
This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working with digital tools, and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and experience working as a freelancer.
Working Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week on average, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include:

Identification and validation of target companies in key markets (HU, BG, RO, DE) using AI tools and online research

Location and validation of contact details of decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and tools like Surfe, ensuring accurate verification

Engagement with potential leads through follow-up communication to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel

Data organisation and prioritisation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Execution of structured outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email

CRM integration and reporting on outreach progress

Collaboration with internal team to share feedback and suggest improvements
About You

0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles

Fluent in English (other languages are advantageous, especially German and Hungarian)

Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

Strong organisational and data management skills

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems such as Pipedrive would be beneficial

Open to learn about AI tools for lead generation and data validation

Currently working as a freelancer with the ability to invoice for services (we do not provide assistance with setting up freelancer status)
