*The role is fully remote (there are no in-office hours). However, you'd need to be based in Latvia and possess a valid work permit. Please note, KASKO does not offer assistance with work permits.

What You'll Do

• Work together with our project managers, quality assurance, and back-end development teams to build insurance webapps

• Design, develop, and deploy testable code that is easily maintainable, readable, and follows best practices (unit testing is a must)

• Review and maintain existing codebase, implement bug fixes and feature enhancements

• Participate in the Agile/Scrum development process and team meetings

• Taking ownership and tasks from feature requirements to release

 

Technologies you will get to use and learn:

 

• Lit, React for our insurance webapps 

• Angular for our platform

• TypeScript as our preferred main language

• Redux, ngrx, ngxs for state-management

• GitHub, CircleCI, Jest, Playwright, Cypress for quality assurance tools

• Modern CSS to style our webapps, SCSS for platform style
