Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Platform Partnership Strategy


  • Develop strategy within telco, retail, travel, mobility, and banking/fintech for short- and long-term relationships


Partnership Identification, Evaluation & Outreach


  • Identify and evaluate opportunities across prioritized geographies and further CEE markets based on pre-defined criteria, create platform lists (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, etc.) and outreach to prioritized platforms


Collaborative Marketing, Pitching & Negotiation


  • Collaborate with sales & marketing and other departments to implement tailored marketing and pitch documents, conduct pitches to platforms, negotiating terms, conditions, and legal aspects


Platform Audit, KYC Checks & Agreement Negotiation


  • Audit platforms for public-related activities and conduct background checks of C-Level (“KYC”) and negotiate partnership agreements ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements


Relationship Development & Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with platforms for long-term partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and platforms to ensure alignment and upcoming integration of platform processes (e.g., IT/data, operations); collaboration model


Client Onboarding Process


  • Navigate platform onboarding processes, including seamless navigation of digital registration, document submission, product configuration, and client integration


You Are

  • Fluent English, working level German

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

  • 5-8 years of experience in partnership development, preferably in a B2B or platform-focused environment

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing platform partnership strategies, including opportunity development and relationship sustaining

  • Expertise in crafting partnership agreements aligned with company objectives

  • Skilled in negotiation and compliance for mutually beneficial partnerships

  • Proficiency in effective collaboration, project management, and proactive deal flow generation for platform pipeline and business expansion
