Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to define sectors and companies suitable for partnerships
Use online research tools, including LinkedIn, to create lists of target companies and contact details
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative outreach campaigns to companies in the target sector
Identify relevant stakeholders and decision makers at prospects, qualify their interest in insurance offerings, and arrange qualified sales calls for the Head of Partnerships
Regularly update and maintain the CRM system
Support the Head of Partnerships with other ad hoc and administrative work required for partnership acquisition
You Are
Fluent English, working level German
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Customer Relationship management, ideally in the Insurance industry
Extensive experience in conducting targeted research using online tools, particularly in identifying potential partnerships
Ability to identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers at prospect companies
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to update and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in partnerships
Strong problem-solving skills when faced with challenges in partnerships development
