Key Responsibilities
Developing Commercial Strategies
Collaborate with platforms and their target customer segments to develop commercial strategies, including brand and campaign strategies, to drive revenue growth
Identifying Business Opportunities
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within ongoing and new partnerships
Designing Customer Journeys
Design and implement customer journeys with specific platforms along various channels using a no-code approach
Ensuring Quality Assurance
Ensure quality assurance of platform features, functionality, and integration capabilities
Managing Commercial Budget
Manage the commercial budget and monitor sales performance
Communication & Alignment
Communicate with platforms' sales & marketing staff to align on sales results and execution
You Are
Fluent English, working level German
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication,Information Systems or a related field
5-8 years of professional experience in cultivating partnerships, with a preference for experience in a B2B or platform-centric setting, for the role of Platform Success Manager
Strategic thinking for revenue growth, with a focus on integration of market trends
Strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making, with experience using data analytics tools to assess the competitive landscape
Ability to design customer journeys with no-code solutions, while maintaining a commitment to quality assurance for customer interactions
Proficiency in managing commercial budgets and optimizing resources, with experience achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication skills for alignment with sales and marketing teams, and provide strong leadership for collaboration, innovation, and mentorship in an international context
