Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess potential partnerships

  • Collaborate in the design of customer journeys across various platforms

  • Ensure implementation aligns with company objectives and enhances the user experience

  • Support quality assurance checks on sales and marketing initiatives

  • Contribute to budget management and monitor expenses

  • Aid in monitoring sales performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness

  • Maintain communication with platform sales and marketing teams

You Are

  • Fluent English, working level German

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the B2B or platform-centric setting, to contribute hands-on knowledge to the role

  • Ability to conduct market research, assess partnership opportunities, and provide valuable insights for the development of effective sales and marketing strategies

  • Proficiency in collaborating on the design of customer journeys across various platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing the overall user experience

  • Capability to support quality assurance checks on sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to feedback loops for continuous improvement efforts

  • Strong communication skills to maintain effective collaboration with platform sales and marketing teams, and work closely with the Platform Success Manager, providing timely updates and insights for overall departmental success
