Key Responsibilities

Platform Onboarding, Growth Leadership & Scrum Master Role


  • Lead and proactively steer platform onboarding and growth initiatives for commercial outcomes, while serving as a Scrum Master, fostering cross-functional collaboration within the team


Project Development & Execution Oversight


  • Oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and manage timelines, resources, and budgets for successful project completion


Collaboration with Department Heads & Communication Facilitation


  • Collaborate with department heads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables and facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders


Risk Identification, Mitigation & Adherence to Standards


  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place and ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards


CEO Updates & Post-Project Evaluation


  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on project status and potential challenges and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned


You Are

  • Fluent English, working level German

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of successful executive leadership in the InsurTech or related sectors

  • Expertise in fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master, adept at steering cross-functional collaboration

  • Extensive experience in coordinating functions across international markets, particularly in establishing business with carriers and managing legal/compliance aspects

  • Proven success in achieving and sustaining operational and technical stability in an insurance project or online platform

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
