Who we are

We’re an InsurTech company working with some of the largest and most innovative insurers and market participants across Europe (and beyond). We combine a battle-tested insurance operating system with hands-on, no-slides consulting, AI-assisted business processes, and established brand and thought leadership - delivering real transformation across products, distribution, operations, and AI.

Backed by years of hands-on insurance and technology experience, we have a clear view on where the industry is heading and how to help shape what comes next. To support that ambition, we are expanding our team.

We’re an international, diverse group with backgrounds ranging from insurance and technology to the humanities. We believe this diversity strengthens our thinking and helps us build better solutions.

The Job

At KASKO, we help insurance companies turn ideas into real execution. Despite their scale and ambition, many insurers struggle to move from strategy to tangible outcomes - especially when AI, new distribution models, and modern operating approaches are involved.

As a Founder Associate (AI, Content & Process), you’ll work very closely with KASKO’s CEO on how we prepare, think through, and execute early-stage client work. This is a high-potential role designed for someone early in their career who wants to build a deep, practical understanding of execution-driven consulting.

The role sits at the intersection of Business Development, content, and AI-assisted ways of working. You’ll gain exposure to how complex insurance and technology topics are shaped into client-ready work, and how judgment and quality can be scaled through process and tooling rather than speed alone.

The work is dynamic and varied. If you enjoy shaping ideas from the ground up, finding structure amid change, and seeing tangible impact from your work, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare high-quality input for client conversations, workshops, and strategic discussions

  • Develop structured content such as memos, pre-reads, option spaces, and internal working documents

  • Translate complex or ambiguous topics into clear, decision-ready artefacts

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of AI-assisted workflows and internal processes

  • Turn individual insights into reusable formats and shared capability across the company

  • Prepare and contribute directly in selected client calls or workshops

Over time, and depending on interest and maturity, you may:

  • Take ownership of selected campaigns, client conversations and workshops calls or workshops

  • Take ownership of researching and structuring topic-specific input used across multiple client engagements

It’s a hands-on, intellectually demanding role with close mentorship, steep learning curves, and exposure to real client work.

About You

You’re likely to be a strong fit if you:

  • Are fluent in both German and English

  • Have a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

  • Are early in your career and motivated by learning through real responsibility

  • Enjoy thinking by writing and refining ideas through structure

  • Are curious about insurance, AI, and how execution actually happens inside organisations

  • Are comfortable working in unfinished systems and navigating ambiguity

  • Value close collaboration, feedback, and high quality standards

  • Take ownership of your work and care about getting details right

We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one.

We do expect curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to improve through real work.

We Offer

  • A collaborative, international working environment

  • The opportunity to be part of a company intentionally building towards an AI-first way of working

  • Exposure to meaningful work shaping how insurers adopt technology and AI in practice

  • An attractive salary package

  • Stock options, so you share in KASKO’s long-term success

  • Unlimited holiday - you are responsible for managing your own time off

  • Flexible working hours and the freedom to work from anywhere in Germany or the UK
